Atrics Inc is a custom cabinet maker in San Jose, California. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The short version. We collect what you type into the booking form so we can meet you, and anonymous statistics about how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

What we collect
When you book a consultation
Booking is handled by Cal.com. When you book, you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- What you are building, and which city the project is in
- Anything else you choose to write in the notes
We use it to confirm the appointment, prepare materials before you arrive, and follow up about your project. Nothing more.
When you contact us directly
If you call or email us, we keep that correspondence so we can pick the conversation back up later.
When you simply browse
We record anonymous usage statistics so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. This is deliberately built to avoid identifying anyone:
- No cookies. A random session number is held in your browser's temporary storage and is erased when you close the tab.
- No IP addresses are stored. We keep only a country.
- No advertising, no third-party trackers, no cross-site profiles.
- We record which sections you viewed, which buttons were pressed, roughly how long a section was on screen, whether you were on a phone or a computer, and which website referred you.
None of this identifies you, and we make no attempt to connect it to a person.
Global Privacy Control is honoured. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC or Do Not Track signal, the statistics script does not run at all and no session number is created.
Who else touches this information
We use a small number of established service providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used under California law.
How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry details: as long as we are working with you, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record-keeping.
- Anonymous usage statistics: up to 24 months, then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Your rights in California
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from
- Delete it, subject to a few narrow legal exceptions
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right stands
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of the above
To make a request, email info@atricsinc.com or call (408) 252-5546. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we are not handing your details to someone else. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires, normally 45 days.
Children
This site is meant for adults hiring a cabinet maker. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held with the providers listed above. No system is perfect, but we keep what we collect deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.

Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in quietly.
